About us
Our High Wycombe bar, situated on Church Street in central High Wycombe, sits over 2 levels in this amazing building. Downstairs houses the main bar and bottle box while upstairs is a stunning space with a vaulted ceiling and exposed brick walls, an additional bar and pizza kitchen. Both spaces are perfect for drinks, food and live events.
The bar offers 20 taps of Mad Squirrel and guest beers, plus a range of premium wines, ciders, spirits and soft drinks. Cans are available to buy chilled straight from our fridges or browse our huge range of beers on the shelves in the bottle box.

Mad Squirrel beers
We serve an extensive selection of Mad Squirrel beers on tap and in cans for drinking in or taking away, all brewed locally in Potten End, Hertfordshire.
Choose from the established favourites in our Core Range or explore the Limited Release beers that are continually on rotation. There’s always something new in, so there’s always a reason to visit.
Can’t get to the taproom? Then you can also order beer online for delivery to your home.
Food & drink
As good as the beer is, it’s certainly not all about the beer! We have a fully stocked bar serving ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Our summer cocktail menu has just launched serving a variety of spritzers and cocktails designed to bring vibrant summer vibes to the taproom.
And try out our food menu. We offer a selection of freshly made, hand rolled, pizzas cooked in the wood fired pizza oven that is the roaring heart of the kitchen. Plus we have a selection of wings and side plates, so there’s something for everyone.
What’s on
At Mad Squirrel we love live entertainment. We frequently host local musicians, from solo artists to full bands, performing covers and original music, and there is a regular Open Mic night. Or perhaps comedy, painting, or watching live sports events is more your thing?
We have some regular events so it’s easy to plan your visits. Every Friday and Saturday is music night and we have drink and draw, board games, open mic and quiz nights every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursday of every month.
