FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS IN 2010 WE HAVE CONTINUOUSLY GROWN AND EVOLVED, OFTEN IN UNEXPECTED WAYS, BUT ALWAYS WITH A BOUNDLESS ENTHUSIASM FOR QUALITY, AN INQUISITIVE APPROACH TO FLAVOUR, AND A RESTLESS DESIRE TO BETTER OURSELVES.

Our brewery has recently been awarded SALSA+ accreditation. This certifies our outstanding production standards and hygiene practices and guarantees a beer brewed to the highest professional calibre.

Situated on Church Street in central High Wycombe, sits over 2 levels and includes 20 taps of Mad Squirrel beers and guests, plus a full range of wines, ciders, spirits and soft drinks. All bottles and cans are kept in our walk-in chill box keeping them cold ready for drinking. We have rooftop terrance seating area perfect for when the sun is shining.
